The Neenan Company is an integrated design-build company that relies heavily on our partners for both design input as well as cost-conscious minded support. Jim has proven numerous times to be a reliable partner in improving design elements as well as being more cost effective when in a competitive process, although cost is not a strict element for us in determining value.
Another aspect I appreciate about Jim is his attention to detail regarding what is happening on a job site. We had an instance where the local municipality had a last-minute request regarding a solid surface transaction top that was a condition of satisfaction in order to receive a Certificate of Occupancy. Jim was engaged in helping with a solution right away and also altered the response so that it created a cost savings verse just reacting to the easiest answer. This was much appreciated, and I think is a show of admirable character.
